Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Power Finance Corporation (PFC) and Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) are very disappointing stocks. I get confuse sometimes as to what exactly they are doing; small rallies, strong resistance then the potential for reasonable declines, so there is a tradable decline in PFC."
He further added, "My sense is that financials are not good buying opportunities now. We need to look away from financials except for the top private sector banks it is better to leave the public sector undertaking (PSU) financials and PSU banks alone or short them. PFC qualifies as a short."
"It is very risky but I am still buying Sesa Goa . I am still suggesting it. It is remarkable how the stock has come in my buy list. I think it must be there after months, maybe a year also. It has gone through a trading range of more than one-and-a-half months and yesterday it broke out above it. There must be some reason why it did that. Stocks that go into a hurdle and the breakout, are stocks that we want to buy. If it doesn't work out I am not looking at the fundamental picture at all. The chart suggests there is something going on here. I would be a buyer."
