The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry Government of India (the "Seller") is the promoter of The State Trading Corporation of India Ltd (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of 6,13,600 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each ("Sale Shares"), aggregating to 1.02% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company on August 02, 2013. The Sale Shall be undertaken exclusively through Seller's Brokers' on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd & NSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.The Sale shall take place on a separate window of Stock Exchanges and shall commence on August 02, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same date at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").Source : BSE
