Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2013 has considered and approved the following items of business:1. Declaration of Interim Dividend at Rs. 29 per share which will be paid on or after October 22, 2013.2. Resignations of Mr. K. V. Ramakrishna, Mr. Janat Shah and Mrs. Soujanya Reddy from directorships of the Company.3. Change of name of the Company from Four Soft Limited to Palred Technologies Limited.4.
