IL&FS Engineering and Construction has extended the redemption period of 37,50,000 6% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each (OCCRPS), and 2,25,000 6% - Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each (CRPS) which were due for redemption on September 30, 2013, by a period of six years.

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has extended the redemption period of 37,50,000 6% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each (OCCRPS), and 2,25,000 6% - Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each (CRPS) which were due for redemption on September 30, 2013, by a period of six years with an early redemption right to the Company before the extended period of six years by giving 30 days notice period.Source : BSE
