ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer"), for and on behalf of the Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited ("Acquirer") has informed this Post Offer Public Announcement to the Equity Shareholders of Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd ("Target Company"), in connection with the Offer, in compliance with Regulation 18(12) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011").
